The hotel management team is closely monitoring the situation of the coronavirus outbreak. We have staff at the hotel 24/7 to screen guests preliminary and measure the temperature. Including, there is an alcohol hand sanitizer placed throughout the hotel.
We also increase the cleaning frequency, sterilize them regularly. Especially in areas with frequent contact such as elevator buttons, restaurant areas, handrails, doorknobs, toilets and doorways, and service counters, etc. Including the staff and people entering the hotel, everyone must wear a mask every time.
Inside the toilets, signs are suggesting good hygiene practices, such as a label on how to wash your hands and a sign that reminds you to close the toilet lid before flushing the water.
All rooms will be cleaned. And sterilize after every check-out. Disinfectants are sprayed at the main entrance, lobby, fitness, Onsen, kids club, and co-working space every hour.
In the restaurant, hand sanitizer and thermometer are available at the restaurant’s entrance. Public areas are cleaned with disinfectant at least 3 times a day. We will increase the cleaning frequency, sanitize restaurant floors and tableware. Employees involved in food will wear a mask during their duties. The kitchen is cleaned. Cooking equipment and food preparation tables with sterilizer.
